    I have been on nmn, sirt6, tmg, spermidine, fisetin and apeginin - from do not age for over a year - and I don’t get the hype - I don’t feel that much better. What am I doing wrong? Someone suggested that capsule coatings on do not age may not be digested and absorbed by some. Any ideas?

    Don't we need (optimally) something like 4700 mg/daily? One of the things that really irritates me is when electrolyte supplements are sold that consist of almost pure sodium with a little flavoring. If you need extra potassium, get some salt substitute and down it in some water. I always keep a container on hand, and supplement every few days. 💠

    When the scientist work out how to reverse the genetic modification done to chromosome 2 which has been artificially fused and replaced with telomere caps, we will start to see humans break the 120 year barrier. You might extend your lifespan slightly more than 120 via bio hacking but just by a few years. This was research done by Harvard med school.

      @@MyLongevityExperiment It’s so weird Vince that I saw the video on Thursday when I normally end up seeing it on Friday but I have to look for it because they don’t show it to me even though I subscribed and hit the bell somehow they don’t tell me about your freebie Friday video it should come up as one of the things I have on my list and it doesn’t. I have to go hunt for it and I happen to find it on Thursday thinking that can’t be the one for Friday but then there’s a day difference between Santa Monica and Manila. So I guess that it really shows up on Thursday but it’s really your Friday. So confusing. Anyhow thanks for all your informative videos and the fact that you respond to people is great. Many people have videos you ask them questions and you never hear from them. That just makes me Not wanna watch the videos anymore. Because I just don’t respond back. Yeah everybody’s busy but if you’re too busy to respond to your followers then somethings wrong with your channel.

    I think the cirulating extrinsic factors deals with this question by suggesting that many of these factors are important for damage repair. The advantage of discounting damage hypothesis is that we don't get into a mindset that damage is final. If you go with the damage approach but then look at repairing damage like Sens does, it makes sense to keep both areas of research alive.

    I think I come from a family of vampires; they all love the midnight hours. But I, who naturally look the most Goth - with very pale skin and dark hair and eyes - prefer the early morning light. I often paint at 5am, before I go into the lab. 🎨🖌️

    Most creative after a workout in the morning. If the workout gets put off until later in the day, that is still when I’m most creative. Note to self:… a workout is a must do as soon as hopping out of bed to get the sunshine 🌞 as a double bonus.

    Well since I'm like you I'm not working a regular job and I never really did seeing as I worked in the movie business. As an actress and as a production design person you work when the job is there. Currently I'm not working on any current films but I have not quit the workforce if someone offers me a job I will do it! I did a film a few years ago actually two when I was a production design person and the other one I was actually a actress in the film But for me when I'm not working I like late in the day. I don't know why. Although much of my life I had to get up really early because when you work in the movie business you have to be up To be on set early. But I've always been a night owl! I have been trying to get myself to get up earlier and it's helping a little to go to bed earlier but I still put off things till later in the day if I can possibly do it.
